It's time for our annual H. F. Bar Ranch vacation in Saddlestrings, Wyoming. Besides riding horses for 4-5 hours a day and enjoying delicious meals in the dining room, I've been spending some of my free time reading (I just finished One Day and am about to start The Blue Bistro), and journaling (see below).
I love this sign. It really speaks to life at the ranch where everything slows down and we pretend we're children again, without a care in the world and someone else cooking our meals.
The front door of our house, wtih Doc Horton's name still on it. There are lots of ghost stories about this house, and although I saw one myself last year they seem to be quite friendly -- maybe just a bit curious, that's all.

it sounds absolutely fabulous!
I love the whoa sign!!
The Whoa sign is great and you made me giggle about the separate taps (spot the Brit!) - I'm so used to two that at first I thought perhaps I'd misunderstood what you meant until I saw the pic! One in the kitchen, yes, but two in the bathroom! Journal notes are great too...made me wonder what I find inspiring, might have to do that one myself...
Hope you continue to have an awesome vacay, of course, but the ghost sighting totally caught my interest. Would love to hear that story one fine day...xoxo
My mom and I would KILL for that sink... love it :)
