Lovelovelove this one -- as you know, I'm a TCM addict and instead of anyone today Norma Shearer is my favorite actress (she retired in the early 40's after being offered both Scarlett O'Hara and Mrs. Miniver and turning both down). I love the history of this period. My dad was born in '27 and one of his aunts was a bonafide flapper who came to no good. Lots of great true stories there! You did a fab job of recapturing the feel and the mood, bravo! xoxo

Oh my gosh....this fabric books is gorgeous! LOVE all the little touches of the stitches. Make me want to brush my hands over all the textures. GORGEOUS!
I LOVE this, both the idea of a fabric book and all the 'ingredients'! Reminds me of a project I did at college, it was a textile piece, so I made the sketch book from fabric and stitched all the text for it - I'd completely forgotten about that til now!x
