Do you meditate? There was a time in my life when I practiced it every day, but not lately. It's hard at first but gets much easier with practice. I focus on the space between two letters in a word. Yes, that's right.

I've been enjoying watching "Awake" on tv, and I just read in Entertainment Weekly that it's probably going to being cancelled. I'm going to start requiring a two-season guarantee before watching new shows.

I saw these interesting lightbulbs on Dr. Oz called Purely Product CFL Bulbs. They improve serotonin levels and are supposed to improve your mood, along with purifying the air and eliminating mold. I found 'em on Amazon.

I caught the tail end of another Depends commercial where there were NFL football players but I didn't see it long enough to know which players they were. Guess they're just trying to prove that you never know who will need them. But it does make for strange commercials!
Your journals look like they need to be touched...by me! I so want to reach out and grab them. I don't meditate. My meditation consists of writing daily and taking long walks. Both clear the mind.

Can you take the embroidery sampler in the bath? That would be a nice way to mestitchtate! Lovely book covers! I am now hunting for old laces and French papers!

I am a kindle lover too...(in the bathtub as well)..found a tip on the net last year to just place the kindle in a ziplock baggie..works great!!..the person with the tip also recommended it for at the beach so sand wouldn't affect it. I'm with you on the two season minimum. I think they're too quick to cancel shows now; when you look back on some of the early episodes of hit series, they can seem kind of "raw". I think it takes time for the actors to become their character, and for us to get to know them...
I will have to look into those light bulbs and yes I did see Lisa Renna for Depends and she doesn't need them but she is showing how "slimming" then can be. Love your journal covers.

I like how you meditate. That's interesting. Definitely need to get me some of those bulbs! and I think the Lisa Rinna Depends commercial is SO weird.
